FILING INFORMATION

FILING DATES:

Marion County Republican Candidates can begin filing for the Preferential Primary beginning at noon on Monday, November 3, 2025, until noon on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

Location will be the Marion County Election Commission office located in the basement of the Marion County Courthouse at 300 E. Old Main Street in Yellville.

The MCRC Secretary will be available to accept candidate filing fees and provide appropriate forms on the following dates and times:

Monday 11/3/2025 noon to 3pm., Wednesday 11/5/2025 11am to 3pm., Monday 11/10/2025 11am to 3pm., Wednesday 11/12/2025 10am to noon.

After filing with the Secretary, candidates must provide written evidence of filing fee payments and additional notarized paperwork to the Marion County Clerk before noon on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
